The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at (AMJ) is a peaceful Muslim Community established in over a 190 countries of the world. Established in 1889, the Ahmadiyya Jama`at has been serving humanity and propagating the peaceful teachings of Islam for over 100 years. The Canadian branch of the community has been organizing colloquia, Interfaith symposia, World Religions Conferences for over a quarter of a century. These events are organized by AMJ to encourage understanding and tolerance in a diverse society, on issues of social, religious and ethical importance.
We would like to extend this invitation in the spirit of peace, tolerance and community cohesion. We would like to be given a chance to share the experience we have when going to a Mosque. This will also be unique chance for many students and staff to visit a purpose-built Mosque – to get first hand information from Muslims as regards their beliefs and customs. This will endorse tolerance, understanding and appreciation for each other and promote harmony in the greater community.
