The Richmond Hill Branch of the world wide Ahmadiyya Community in Islam takes great pleasure in inviting you to an Interfaith Seminar at which speakers from different faiths; Judaism, Christianity and Islam, will speak on the subject of “Peace and Unity through Faith – What do world religions say?”.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is firmly committed to interfaith peace, harmony and respectful co-existence; a major priority in the troubled world of today. Perhaps the first step in bringing the different faiths closer is to hold interfaith dialogue where people may appreciate the true teachings of these faiths.
The objective of such seminars is to promote better understanding of faiths, their teachings and perspective on different issues affecting our daily lives. And, by doing so, we build a religiously tolerant and stronger communities. This tradition was set by the founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmed of Qadian
This is the fourth effort by Richmond Hill Branch in a series of interfaith seminars on modern day relevant issues. In our continuing effort, we will bring you similar events in future on a variety of other topics.
